Psoas & Quad Stretch Off Table
 
-Lay on the edge of a table, bed or workout bench
-Let your leg hang off the side of the table
-Keep your other knee bent to prevent your lower back from arching
-You should feel a GENTLE stretch in the thigh and aross the hip joint into the lower abdomen.
 
-Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute, repeat on opposite side
