1 initial naturopathic consultation: 75 minutes - indepth intake to establish health care goals and nutrition plan

Blood work to assess key metabolic markers: thyroid, vitamin B12, complete blood count, glucose, cholesterol, DHEA

5 short follow-up visits  weekly or bi-weekly: 20 minute sessions for weigh-in and personalized treatment options

Supplements and Vitamin B12 injections are not included but may be indicated for certain individuals
